I know, I know, you've been looking for the best way to get a six-pack abs without killing yourself by intense workout and diet that does not only hurt your precious time, (if you are lazy like me, you'll know what I'm saying) but also your wallet! That's why I decided to write this blog to share with you what I found to be effective to me. There is no guarantee though, that what is effective to me will be effective to you. But I believe its worth a try.
So first of all, understand that, that elusive six pack you've been wanting to have is already in you. Yes! you heard it right. It is already in you! You grew up to be an adult that you are with a built in six pack hiding under that thick layer of fat in your belly, haha! Believe me, if it wasn't there, you won't be able to stand and walk. It's the muscles responsible for supporting your whole torso, and believe me more, due to its function, even without workout, it look exactly like what you've been dreaming of a perfect six pack. So what you really want to do, is let that elusive homie, shine like a star by removing that thick veil of unwanted fats.
Alright, let's get straight to the point, it was basically what you've been eating overtime that accumulated those fats. But we are going to undo it by means of eating also! Very clever, huh? Yes, and this is what those fitness sellers doesn't want you to know, because so far, this is the easiest, and yet effective way of achieving a great shape.
Your body is a machine, in fact, the most complex machine in the Universe. Running it well will need a fuel. Your food is the fuel! The running force or energy of this machine is called METABOLISM! In order for your metabolism to function properly, you have to fuel it properly. So the key is, get your metabolism to its optimum performance, and you will see the magic in your abs! Wow! How easy is that? Or let's say it this way, Let your own metabolism do the burning without you being burned out! And you will do it by eating more! Just eat, enjoy what you eat, eat more, and let your own metabolism do the burning, not you. Come on, you deserve to taste the good that life has to offer, haha!
Understand that your metabolism is active during the day and it slows down during the night. You know, it needs to rest. Its a machine right? and it needs to be shut down from time to time or else it will wear down quickly. This is how your amazing body works!
So, how can you get a six pack abs by eating more? Are you ready?
The secret is...BREAKFAST! Because the best time to kick start and fire up your metabolism is in the morning. Between 7:00-10:00 a.m., is the sweet spot. Remember the saying, "breakfast is the most important meal of the day?" That is always right! You see, when you eat a lot at breakfast, your metabolism will shoot to its optimum level. Remember this, the faster your metabolism works, the more fat it will burn. Don't ever think that starving yourself especially in the morning, will do your abs a favor, because it won't! When you starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down. Why? Because your body is smart. It's your body's own defense mechanism to preserve itself. Your metabolism will slow down so that you won't consume yourself. What happens when your metabolism's in a slow mode? It won't burn!
Allow your metabolism to run until 6:00 p.m. Do not starve yourself until this time. Maintain its high speed by taking small snacks in between meals. Remember, when you are starving, the metabolism slows down to keep you from self-destruct. Then from 6:00 p.m., as much as possible do not put anything in your stomach, except water, from this point until breakfast the next day. Our body is designed to fast during sleep time. That's why breakfast was called breakfast, because you break the fast that was started last night. When you eat a lot before bedtime, you are filling yourself up with more fuel that your metabolism won't be using, since it already slowed down. So what will happen to those excess calories? Correct! Goes straightway to your belly to be stored as fats. This is what's making people fat!
Of course this won't be easy at first, but to cheat the hunger game at night, get yourself a low calorie snack. This won't do damage. Fruits are perfect during this time, because it is highly digestible and it won't leave a nasty fat residue in your belly. But actually, when you eat a low-carbs dinner before 6:00 p.m., it will be enough to not make you hungry until you're dreaming and wake up the next day.
So there it is, I just gave you the easiest, not burdensome way of getting a six pack abs. Oh, don't forget, keep yourself hydrated all the time! Its the magic potion of this whole process.
